Introducing 38mm Wide MTB Rims In 29er & 650b

*Widest, tallest profile and strongest: 38mm width and 32mm depth strongly improves traction, braking control and flat protection. It also provides super tire stability even with large tire at low pressure.

*Beadless & tubeless: hookless rim wall is more smooth and straight, the tire will touch rim walls fully and mounted perfectly, allowing to run lower tire pressure without risk of air loss or pinch flats.
hookless carbon rim walls is not only provides better tubeless seal, also it is more durable and far stronger than original hook design.

*Bead lock & less tubeless burping: the small ridges on each side of the drop channel.
Some riders concern the transition to hookless bead rims will cause tyres blowing off or an increased likelihood of burping air from tubeless tyres. So we add bead lock ridges to make them with any fear and ride confidently.

*Manufactured by new manufacturing process with one-piece-layer, to make carbon fiber layer continuous and rims strongest. Hello Eran, Thanks for your inquiry. Both of the hookless 38mm wide 650B & 29er rims are ready now. We have manufactured the rims and shipped out to our customers several day. The current price is already cheap, so we only can give a discount if it is more than 10pcs rims. And the discount is not much. It is USD5 cheaper for each rim. Wish you can understand. RM650BC13 (38mm wide 650B rim) hookless: 440 /-15g, USD180/pcs RM29C14 (38mm wide 29er rim) hookless: 450 /-15g, USD185/pcs Please find attached rims cross-section drawings. For rim weave, do you prefer 3k, 12k or UD? Matte or glossy? 32H? Normally, we do the decals on rims. Please find attached light-bicycle decals for reference. Is that ok for you? Are 38mm the widest rim you have (in 650b and 26") ? if so how much for a complete wheelset, shipped to USA, and weight ? 32H rims, UD matte finish Front: RM650BC13 (38mm wide 650B AM rim) hookless: 440 /-15g Rear: RM26C05 (38mm wide 26 AM rim) hookless: 420 /-15g Novatec (prefer blue, else red - match nipple color too) in 15mm (need to do 20mm as well, with 15mm adapter), 12x135mm rear shimano 10 spd. DT spokes. front D881-15mm thru axle ? rear ??? - 12*135mm thru axle for Shimano 8/9/10 (598g/pair, for aggressive riding).

If you like, we can build the wheelset as following specifics. -Rims: Front 38mm wide 650B AM rim (440 /-15g)/ rear 38mm wide 26er AM rim (420 /-15g), UD matte, 32H. Please find attached rims cross-section drawings. Hubs: Red, Novatec D881-15mm thru axle/ rear D882-12*135mm thru axle for Shimano 10s. It is ok to change the front 15mm thru axle to 20mm thru axle. It is USD17 added. Sorry, we only have black, red and white, no blue. -Spokes: Black, DT revolution spokes -Nipples: Red, Pillar PT 734.
