Purchasing customizable products online can feel a bit daunting. With so many options, you may want some
reassurance before the product ships out, and this is why we offer the pre-shipment product shots
service.
What is the new service?
For orders from the Global location, we can send various pictures of your items for review, prior to
shipping. These images include close-ups of the weave and finish, rim bed, decals, hubset, and other
features. With your confirmation, we will then package the product to ship. This service is free of
charge.
Please note that we regularly post customer
builds on the Gallery; tell us if you prefer not to share your’s online.
How do I get this service?
When configuring your wheelset online, you will find the “Send Photos for Shipping Confirmation” option.
Please note this service is currently only available from our Global location.
If you have special instructions or are purchasing a rim or a quick-buy wheelset and want this service,
leave your notes at checkout. If you are dealing with a customer service member to process an order
offline, let us know you’d like this service by email.
About the lead time - this service adds 1-3 business days to your lead time. If you have a highly
specific wheel build or are unsure about the graphics, then this service could be well worth the extra
wait.
