Lee 2020/10/01

I am interested in the RM650BC09 for gravel touring. Will that rim work with 47mm tires at up to 40 psi? If not, what is the max pressure? thanks.

LightBicycle 2020/10/02

Hi Lee, Thanks for your inquiry! For our RM650BC09 wheelset 27.5 er, it is okay to ride under 60PSI. The max tire pressure is 60PSI.So, if you ride 40PSI, it works. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Any chance you could do a front wheel with a Cannondale Lefty hub?

LightBicycle 2020/08/13

Hi Josh, Yes, we can build a front 650B wheel with a lefty hub for you. Are you referring to lefty1.0 or supermax 2.0? We can do both. A few brands optional, Tune, Carbon-Ti, Industry Nine. Which will you prefer? Please let me know if your ideal hub is not listed above. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi - Can I fit an 11-speed Ultegra cassette on this wheelset? Thx, mathieu

LightBicycle 2019/10/03

Hi Mathieu, Thanks for your inquiry! Do you have the 11-speed Ultgegra cassette model NO.? Then we can check whether it is shimano MTB10/11S or shimano road 11S. Yes, we can get RM650C09 650B wheelset with correct free hub accordingly for your cassette. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Shane 2019/03/04

Hi, I'd like to purchase two 650bc09 rims please. The flyweight version in 24 hole and 32 hole. I work at Bicycles NYC in new york city and we are a light bicycle dealer. Can you help me purchase these rims please? I'd like the unidirectional carbon matte rims. Thank you. Shane.

LightBicycle 2019/03/05

Hi Shane, We only recommend using the flyweight version of RM650BC09 on the 650B front wheel. But if you insist, I can make the order for you anyway. What kind of riding do you plan to do? The flyweight rim was designed for light XC riding. If you are a heavy rider, I would suggest you go with the standard version rim on the back. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi, Looking for 135 x 10mm rear and 100 x 15mm wheelset. What hubs do you spec? Cheers, craig

LightBicycle 2019/01/14

Hi Craig, For front 15*100mm/rear 10*135mm, the rear hub is 135mm*QR or 135mm *10mm thru axle? Then we can check accordingly for you. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Gary 2018/01/25

Hi, I'm interested in a pair of 650B standard XC wheels. I wish to fit these wheels to my Cannondal Habit which requires the rear wheel to be dished 6mm to suite the Ai (Assymetric Intergration) set up. Can you produce the wheel to suite my need and will this cost any extra money? Thanks

LightBicycle 2018/01/26

Hi Gary, Yes, we can build the requested AI rear wheel for you. In fact, we have built several of our customers before. And we won't charge extra for the special wheel building requirement. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi, Are the prices quoted in AUD or USD? Would you recommend the 27mm or 30 mm width for 2.6 inch tyres. Is it possible to write an invoice of less thanr 1000AUD for customs? Many thanks Peter Pridmore

LightBicycle 2017/06/29

Hello Peter, Thanks for your inquiry. Our web prices are in USD. Below are the recommended tires width for both rims. I think the 30mm width rim is more suitable for 2.6’’ tire. Or may I know what your riding terrain is normally? Do you ride aggressively? What is your weight? Then we will do some recommendations and quote accordingly. 27mm width rims: 1.9’’ ~ 2.3’’ 30mm width rims: 2.0’’ ~ 2.4’’ Yes, we can declare the value under AUD1000, then you don’t need to pay the tax. Don’t worry. Thanks, Lightbicycle
