2024:
First time at China Cycle. The 36” carbon rim, new TT/Tri disc wheels, and the Turbo
wide-road collection were introduced. Additionally, our first gravel handlebar and
Brompton wheels were launched.
2023:
We developed 27.5 emtb specific rims, 270g and 250g XC rims, 250g gravel rims, and
180g climbing rims. Also, we innovated in rim-hybrid hooks, G4 lacing, valve
cutouts, etc.
2022:
We innovated in the tri-track category with carbon tri-spokes and disc wheels. Also,
we launched the first-ever EMTB-specific rim.
2021:
The innovative X-Flow road rims and S-Flow MTB rims were released to the market and
were important milestones in product design for Light Bicycle.
2018:
After nearly two years of development, we revamped the manufacturing process with a
more sustainable paintless technology.
2014:
We innovated in product designs and manufacturing methods: 27.5” MTB rims, tubeless,
asymmetric profile, tubeless compatibility, and removing the rim bed patching and
curing the carbon ring.
2012:
We used a one-piece layup design and optimized the air bladder to improve rim
strength and durability.
