• The wheelsets come set up tubeless with an 18t ratchet. If you have any special requirements like upgrading the ratchet to 36t or 54t, please make a note when ordering or email us (sales@lightbicycle.com).

Is there no discount for 240s hubs for the WR38 wheelset? Do you recommend the 36 tooth for road riding? I am trying to decide between the WR35 and the WR38, which one is more durable? I weigh 70kg but the roads i ride are bad enough to break spokes in the rear aluminium rim, do you recommend a 24 spoke front and 28 spoke rear in this case? I would like CX Ray spokes, and do you recommend brass nipples better? Also, if I select the QR end caps, can you also provide the 12mm thru axle end caps as well? I am sorry I have so many questions. Thank you.

Hi Edwin, Thanks for your reaching out! For WR38 road disc wheels, it is pro series. It is with new technologies, more durable and longer warranty. It is 5 years warranty. And WR35 wheels disc 700C is 3years warranty, but better price. If you do not mind weight adding, it is okay to go for front 24H/rear 28H. It is stiffer for more spokes to support the wheelset. If the weather is wet there, you can go for brass nipples. You can order front 12*100mm/rear 12*142mm for wheelset. And order another QR end caps together. The end caps are USD33 for front, and USD33 for rear. If you go for 36T or 54T upgraded, it is USD85 aded. The 36T The 36t provides a noticeable amount of extra engagement points which helps when ratcheting your freehub during slow speed technical situations. Thanks, Lightbicycle
