WR65 Disc Carbon CX/Gravel Rim

I have ridden a pair of LB WR65 rims on my gravel bike for over 5000km in rugged and remote Australia. A combination of rocky gravel and road. They are of impeccable quality, second to none. Very straight, dimensionally correct, easy to build. The best rims I have used for tubeless.; super easy, secure and quick bead seating. Love the no rim bed spoke holes option! I weigh 90kg, I'm not easy on rims and have destroyed many aluminium rims from DT and others. Finally, I've had a lifetime biggest crash on the WR65s, hitting a car at 40kph that turned across my path. A large 4wd car then drove over my frame, fork and front wheel. The carbon frame, fork and even headset spacers are splintered. The front WR65 took the brunt of the force. It has abrasions from being driven over, but remains true and intact, ridable. It will need to be replaced as a precaution due to possible internal damage. I keep replaying the crash footage and really can't believe the level of abuse it endured yet remained intact. These rims should be at the top of everyones list. A dream to ride. After my injuries heal, the replacement will be LB.

Hi Duddiee, Thanks for your inquiry! Currently, for WR65 road disc 700C, we only have hook version. What tire width are you going to use? And what tire pressure you are going to use? If the tire pressure is low, there will be risk that the tire will blow off during riding. Thanks, Lightbicycle

I'm interested in a FALCON rim WR65 CX/Gravel build. As far as I've seen there's just the rim offered at the moment, right? But I've also seen an exemplary build with DT swiss 240s hubs and sapim spokes. That looks like the one I'd like to have myself for my gravel bike. Would that be possible? I'm also wondering if the rims are going to be released in the pro series in the next time? I would love to have the lifetime warranty option if available. Best regards Ruben
