Peter 2021/07/02

Hi! I have a 2018 Santa Cruz Highball Hardtail 29er, w/sram xo drive train. The wheels that are on it are Raceface ARC 25 (622x25, ERD 600, OFFSET 3.0MM) W/350 DT hubs. I currently have 2.25 tires mounted. I want to build a wheelset using your rims and spokes with the DT 350 hubs that are on the Raceface wheels. Will this work with these hubs that are coming off the Raceface wheels? If so, I'd like to order rims with a wider internal width, possibly 30mm - Would there be enough frame clearance with 2.25 or 2.3 tires mounted? Hopefully, I didn't make this too confusing and let me know if it makes sense to do it this way. Thank you in advance! Peter

LightBicycle 2021/07/02

Hi Peter, If you use 2.25"~2.3" tires, it is okay to mount on our 30mm inner width rims, like AM930 rims 29er. Your bike should be okay for this wheelset, there will be enough tire clearance for 2.25"~2.3" tires. Or you can double check with your bike supplier, to make sure it fits. https://www.lightbicycle.com/AM930-asymmetric-rim-profile-carbon-29-inch-carbon-rims-mtb.html Thanks, Lightbicycle

If Rider + bike is 80 kls, this wheelset will be ok?

LightBicycle 2020/12/21

Hi Alex, The 90kg weight limit for XC925 refers to the rider weight, so your weight would be ok. However, if you plan to do some aggressive riding from time to time. I would suggest going standard on the back wheel 29er, or 32H for wheelset. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi team do you have a rim I could use as a direct replacement for my Enve M50 29er, I would like to be able to reuse my current spokes and nipples.

LightBicycle 2020/10/02

Hi Bryan, Thanks for your inquiry! Normally, when you place the rim, the spokes will have to be changed. The spoke length has to be different for different rims. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi. I’m looking at the XC925 wheelset for my Lefty (2.0). What hub options do you have available, prefer the DT Swiss 350 rear hub. Which hub options should I select to get a price? Can you ship to South Africa? Regards Bernard

LightBicycle 2019/09/20

Hi Bernard, We have Powerway front lefty hub and rear DT 350 hub. Is it rear 12*142mm or 12*148mm boost for this 29er XC wheelset? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Ricardo 2019/06/06

What is a 15-110 RS-1 front axle and difference from regular boost? Thanks!

LightBicycle 2019/06/06

Hi Ricardo, The RS-1 Fork's larger than usually closed dropouts and the Torque Tube hub that houses a pair of massive sealed bearings. There's one bearing on each side, with them sitting on a 27mm diameter axle that spans the hub, and a 15mm Maxle Ultimate runs through the center of all of this to compress the left and right dropouts together onto the matching hub-ends that fit into the dropouts. You can learn more about SRAM RS-1 hubs at https://www.pinkbike.com/news/rockshox-rs-1-review.html Are you order 29er XC wheelset with standard 15*110mm boost or 15*110mm PS for RS-1 fork? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Interested in purchasing a single speed wheel set with i9 Hydra 142x12 SS rear and 100x15 front. Do you stock these hubs in North America? If so, which colors? What is the lead time in building wheels with these hubs and XC925 rims?

LightBicycle 2019/05/21

Hi Andrew, Sorry that we don' t have the Industry Nine Hydra single speed wheelset in stock at the moment. Are you in a rush or plan to run the wheelset for a race? If so, when are you expect the wheelset to your hands? The hubs will take about 2-3 weeks to ship from NA warehouse. Is this ok with you? If yes, we can quote the price for XC925 29er XC wheelset accordingly. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Alex 2019/05/12

Hi, I am interested in the XC925 wheel set with i9 101 hubs, boost front and rear, 32hole - what is the lead time on a full build?

LightBicycle 2019/05/13

Hi Alex, Do you have requests for the lead time Are you attending any race? It would be helpful for order arrangement if you can let me know. Since you are in the US, it would be faster to purchase the XC925 29er wheelset from the North America warehouse. Here's the share link from my cart. https://www.lightbicycle.com/site/share-cart?id=391 Is this the setup you like to have? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Ken 2019/03/24

I am looking to buy XC925 wheels, using DT 350 hubs, 12x100 front and 12x142 rear, SRAM XD, J-bend spokes, Centre lock brakes and 28 spokes. Are you out of stock of these hubs in 28 hole? If I choose 6-bolt brakes I have the option of both 28 and 32 spokes, but with Centre-lock only 32? I don't really want to use straight pull spokes, though might be persuaded. Presumably you can supply 12mm axle end caps in place of 15mm?

LightBicycle 2019/03/25

Hi Ken, We do not have DT 350 J-bend 28H center lock hubs in stock. We only have DT Swiss 240S 28H J-bend center lock in stock. Or DT Swiss 350 28H straight pull center lock is okay for you? We only stock DT Swiss straight pull 28H hubs here. Is it XC925 29er XC wheelset with 28H hub okay for you? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi. I'm Lee.This is Korea. The wheel set I want to order is about $1220.How much is the shipping and handling charge? If it's over $150, I have to pay a lot of taxes. Is there any good way?

LightBicycle 2019/02/12

Hi Lee, Thanks for your inquiry! For shipping cost, it is USD49.7 for one wheelset to South Korea by EMS delivery. For paypal fee, it is 3.5% handling dee charged. We can write the value lower on the shipping document, then you will not have to pay high tax cost. How much do you expect us to write on the shipping document? Thanks, Lightbicycle
