For Pro Series Rims: From the date of purchase, 5-year Pro Warranty as standard and an upgraded optional lifetime Premium Warranty with minimum charge.

Crash Replacement: It is applicable with the same period as the warranty time range that you purchased for the rims with 10% /25% discount for Non-Pro series /Pro series.

The RG922 is one of the newest members of the Flyweight family and part of our Falcon road line. With an asymmetric profile and 22mm internal width, this rim is designed for high performance ultralight wheelset builds.

Hello, Do the AR28 disc rims have any special nipple requirements? I am going to build a set up and I want to use standard 12mm 14 gauge DT Swiss nipples without washers, if that is recommended.

Hi Jordan, We do not recommend using 12mm external nipples, as the nipples wrench may rub against the rim wall (rim ridge) during wheel assembly. Sapim 14mm and 16mm nipples are what we usually use for wheel building. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Thank you very much, but what is the technical pressure limit for 40c and 45c tires on the AR28 rim? The table reports the technical limit only for 25c tires (110 psi), the other values are recommendations that however depend on the situation - and mine is different. The technical limit should be lower for larger tires, but how much? Will up to 4.1 bar for 45c tires be safe for longer periods of time on gravel roads (32 spokes, no spoke holes) or will it damage the AR28 rim in the long run? Thank you very much for your reply! Regarding the FALCON rim AR28 disc Gravel- I tried to build this into a set but could not select DT240s and the discount code did not work. It also would not let me select 28 holes for the front. What I need is 28x28 with DT240s (if discount code works) or DT350s if code does not work.

Hi Paul, Thanks for your inquiry. For our RG922 700C gravel rim, yes, it is in the ISO 5775 standard. It is okay to fit 700C*28C~ 700C* 45C tubeless tires. Don't worry about it. We have sold this model bike rims for more than 2 years. There are no tire fitting problem at all. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi Rod, The gravel rim you are looking at RG922 (29mm wide, 28mm deep) only provide the hook version for now. If you are looking for a close profile rim, you can look at our RM29C06 (27mm wide, 24mm deep) or the newly launched scratch proof rim XC925 (30mm wide, 23mm deep).
