Paintless: The "Finish" relates to how the rim is coated or painted such as matte or glossy for the most common applications. Our Recon Pro and Falcon Pro rims feature BlackTek and come out of molds as a completed product, with a scratch resistant and near flawless finish, eliminating the need for coating or painting. We name this kind of superior finish the paintless.

Crystal Painting: A fantastic painting effect designed by Light Bicycle.

Full Custom: This option offers custom finish such as Satin/Raw etc at no extra charge but subject to rim models with 3~5 days LONGER on manufacture. Drain Hole This is a required option.

The two small drain holes located 90° to the valve hole effectively help evacuate both the water trapped inside the rim and the air leaking into the rim chamber caused by nonperfect tubeless tape sealing handwork that may risk rim explosure in an aggressive tire inflating.

It is the small reinforced layer prelaminated on the area where the drain hole is drilled later that makes the rim strength fairly ensured without any compromise of weight added.

Riders who ride in wet areas are suggested to order rims with drain holes.

Valve Stem This is a required option.

We use a lightweight black alloy anodized valves with an oversized concave collar for easy gripping. A rubber o-ring goes in between the rim and the collar to help seal the rim and match the contour of the rim profile. The valve core is removable so you can add sealant without removing your tire.

Compared to the smooth wall structure, the wavy wheels reach a harmonious balance between weight and strength - vital grams are dropped while the key areas are precisely reinforced. Experience a light feeling as riding on a lighter unpowered mountain bike. The EH733S 27.5-inch carbon rim comes in at only 490g per rim.

Reliability is a top priority in developing this e-mtb-oriented carbon wheelset. The waved inner circumference of the rim creates a Dual-ERD system for the wheel build. The bracing angles of two sides of the spokes are more even than traditional wheels, which means that the wheels tend to stay true longer. The wheel has passed our 155J in-house impact energy test with ease. Designed to last!

With over 10 years of wheel building expertise, we calculate the spoke lengths, handlace the wheels to the desired pattern, add up the tensions, true the wheels, and do stress-reliving to a perfect state out-of-box. The bracing angles of two sides of the spokes are more even than traditional wheels, which means that the wheels tend to stay true longer. The wheel has passed our 155J in-house impact energy test with ease. Designed to last!

When configuring the wheelset, you will find a variety of hubs and spokes from brands like DT Swiss, I9, and Sapim to personalize your build. We only list some of the most popular ones, so feel free to get in touch with us to special order. With over 10 years of wheel building expertise, we calculate the spoke lengths, handlace the wheels to the desired pattern, add up the tensions, true the wheels, and do stress-reliving to a perfect state out-of-box. You can install the wheels to start a new adventure immediately upon receiving it.

We also offer the product in 29" with a bit wider profile. Just talk with us if you want a mullet configuration with a 29 front wheel and a 27.5 rear wheel.

Crash Replacement: It is applicable with the same period as the warranty time range that you purchased for the rims with 10% /25% discount for Non-Pro series /Pro series.
