At Light Bicycle, our story begins with carbon mountain bike rims—and it never ends. Our first carbon MTB rim was born in 2011. Over the years, our MTB wheels have won the unanimous favor of riders. With the innovation and changes in the mountain bike wheels market, we are excited to introduce the all-new Helios Mountain Rim Series.
As our first downhill model, Helios EN932 is the ultimate choice for aggressive riders. Crafted with superior materials and technology, this rim offers exceptional strength and durability while minimizing weight, enhancing your riding performance. Utilizing high-tech materials for maximum athletic performance, including advanced impact-resistant composites, we better disperse stress upon impact while maintaining a lightweight design, suitable for various rigorous riding conditions. The 4.3mm bead design on the outer wall of the tire lip provides better shock dispersion and prevents the tire from snakebiting on impact, offering an additional layer of security.
Currently we are building this wheel with Boost hubs. They are available in boost spacing. 15 x 110 Front / 12 x 142 Rear. Freehubs available are: Shimano MTB 10/11S, Shimano Micro Spline, and the SRAM XD etc.
The tire pressure for this rim is recommended at 35 psi. The rider's weight limit is 331lbs. The positive stiffness test on the rim has reached 165J.
WARRANTY
For Non-Pro Series Rims: From the date of purchase, 3-year Standard Warranty.
For Pro Series Rims: From the date of purchase, 5-year Pro Warranty as standard and an upgraded optional lifetime Premium Warranty with minimum charge.
Crash Replacement: It is applicable with the same period as the warranty time range that you purchased for the rims with 10% /25% discount for Non-Pro series /Pro series.
