Hello Would it be also possible to get a wheelset with hiden/internal nipple? Thanks and regards Thomas

LightBicycle 2020/04/15

Hi Thomas, Yes, we can build bike wheelset with internal nipples for you. Could you tell me the exact configurations that you are interested in purchasing for this 25mm wide 700C road wheels disc? I will create the order for you accordingly. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hello, can you mount tubeless ready tires or only allow tubular tires?

LightBicycle 2020/04/13

Hi Sir, The R35 is the tubeless-ready rim that allows you running both tubeless and tube tires. On the other hand, the R35T (25mm wide, 35mm deep) is a tubular rim that only allows you to run tubular tires. What type of tires are you planning? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Hi, I am searching for a set of climbing wheels and the R35 look perfect for the job. I would like to use 25mm tubeless tires. Will these fit as in: what is the width of the tire with the 17.9mm internal width? Will it be parallel or smaller then the rim? Or is the 28mm rim a better choise aero wise?

LightBicycle 2020/01/13

Hi Sir, If you are chasing the aerodynamic performance, the 105% theory is many riders' belief, which the rim width should be 105% of the tire. You will achieve better aero performance using a narrower tire than the rim width. So a 25mm tire would be the perfect match with a 26.25mm wide rim. Our R35 (25mm wide, 35mm deep) rim's widest area on the sidewall is 26.38mm, so it's very close to the ideal width. You can go for this 700C non disc rim R35. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Mohammed 2019/11/12

Hello , Please I want to ask about the price of carbon rim for road bike 35mm . Best regards,

LightBicycle 2019/11/13

Hi Mohammed, Do you mean the R35 (25mm wide, 35mm deep) 700C with brake rim? If so, the price for the standard brake track (High TG) is USD154 each rim. We also have an upgrade version brake surface (the grooved graphene version), which will cost USD30 extra per rim. So the cost would be USD184 each. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Which tubeless wheelset (rim) do you recommend for gravel and cyclocross riding/racing? I'm looking for lightest weight wheelset that can still provide the durability needed for gravel and CX. Aerodynamics are less important. Tire width will be between 28c and 40c. Also - do you make a hookless rims for tubeless tires or are all of your clincher rims hooked designs? Chris

LightBicycle 2019/10/03

Hi Chris, Thanks for your inquiry! We recommend our RG922 wheelset(22mm inner width/29mm outer, hook) for you. Please check below link. When you choose different hubs and spokes, the wheelset weight and price will show at the bottom. https://www.lightbicycle.com/29er-disc-bike-wheels-29mm-wide-28mm-deep-clincher-for-cyclocross-road-and-gravel-bikes.html How much tire pressure do you use? If it is higher than 40PSI, we do not recommend hookless. For hookless, you have to ride less than 40PSI. We also have wheelset with 28mm wide/36mm deep or 46mm deep. Please let us know your thoughts, also the hubs specs and spokes. Then we can quote accordingly and get gravel wheelset weight accordingly for your reference. Thanks, Lightbicycle
