TECH

At Light Bicycle, our story begins with carbon mountain bike rims—and it never ends. Our first carbon MTB rim was born in 2011. Over the years, our MTB wheels have won the unanimous favor of riders. With the innovation and changes in the mountain bike wheels market, we are excited to introduce the all-new Helios Mountain Rim Series.

As one of the XC models of Helios Series, Helios XC928 is a superlight XC race machine, featuring a 28mm wide internal rim profile optimized for use with 2.35"-2.4" tires, 22mm/24mm depth, and an asymmetric design. If you’re looking to save weight from any XC or down-country bike, Helios XC928 would be your first choice.

With an ultra-lightweight of 238g, the Helios XC928 keeps rotational weight to an absolute minimum, which translates to lightning-fast acceleration. Built with premium materials, advanced layer-up system, and strict testing standard (100J), the Helios XC928 is light enough to get you up, strong enough to never let you down. Whether it’s an after-work loop local short course or an epic 12-hour endurance event, this rim’s for you.

The tire pressure for this rim is recommended at 35 psi. The rider's weight limit is 209lbs. The positive stiffness test on the rim has reached 100J.
