Center Channel Hole This is a required option.

With Access Holes: This is the traditional method. Spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel to allow the nipples to easily be fed through the rim. Tubeless tape is required to seal the rim.

No Access Holes: No spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel. Feeding the nipples through the rim is more challenging, but it allows for a tubeless setup without the need for tape. This kind of system is known as "road tubeless" and was made popular by Mavic. Some companies still refer to it as "UST style", however, UST is actually a specific interface between the tire and rim which was developed by a partnership between Mavic, Michelin, and Hutchinson.

Currently, rims with 'No Access Holes' do not work with our carbon spokes.

Drain Hole This is a required option.

The two small drain holes located 90° to the valve hole effectively help evacuate both the water trapped inside the rim and the air leaking into the rim chamber caused by nonperfect tubeless tape sealing handwork that may risk rim explosure in an aggressive tire inflating.

It is the small reinforced layer prelaminated on the area where the drain hole is drilled later that makes the rim strength fairly ensured without any compromise of weight added.

Riders who ride in wet areas are suggested to order rims with drain holes.

2. Full Custom - Add some additional personalization and go full custom with your rim graphics! Laser engraving is available in one colour (light grey) and starts at $5 USD per rim. We use a lightweight black alloy anodized valves with an oversized concave collar for easy gripping. A rubber o-ring goes in between the rim and the collar to help seal the rim and match the contour of the rim profile. The valve core is removable so you can add sealant without removing your tire.

Overview

The WG44 (WG for Wide-Gravel) is our widest ever gravel-oriented carbon rim, meeting the needs of elite gravel riders, racers, and marginal gains enthusiasts.

With a massive 30mm inner diameter, the WG44 provides a stable profile for wider gravel tires. It reduces irregular air movements along the rim-tire interface. Air passes the tire and rim concurrently rather than being disrupted prematurely, making the best use of the 44mm aero depth.

Thanks to its mid-depth profile, the WG44 is deep enough to provide aerodynamic gains when riding alone across gravel plains, but not too deep to lose control in crosswinds.

Whether you find yourself racing across the Midwest or month long backpacking trip, the WG44 might just be the perfect match.
The rim/wheelset has passed our in-house R&D impact test of 105J(Standard)/90J(Flyweight).

Marcel : To be honest, I’m absolutely thrilled with the rims so far. Most recently, I tested them during a 560 km event that included some seriously rough MTB sections. I’ve been running 45 mm G-One Overland tires, which fit the rims really well. Thanks to the internal width, the tires sit super stable, and I feel very confident on the bike – especially in corners. Even though the 45 mm tires sit a bit more squared off due to the wide rims, I haven’t experienced any squirming or instability when cornering. Next week, I’ll be riding a 720 km event in the Alps, which also includes a lot of MTB segments. I’ll be testing 50 mm G-One RX tires on the WG44s there – I’m really curious to see how they perform. Also, I have to say: the wheels look absolutely stunning. Great work!
