Alex: Very handsome WR50 wheelset, perfectly matches my frame. Built with i9 Torch CL hubs, Sapim CX-Ray spokes, and Sapim alloy nipples. Tire clearance is quite good on my Tarmac SL6; brand-new 28 mm Vittoria Corsa Controls measure exactly 31 mm, with rear chainstay tire clearances of ~3.9 mm on each side and front clearances of slightly more than 6 mm on both sides and the top of the tire. Both wheels are as true as I can measure with them on the frame. I don't have a tension meter, but plucking the spokes reveals no variation in tone between spokes on the same side of the wheel. Can't yet speak as to their durability, but I have high hopes, since my friend's identically-specced (hubs, spokes, nipples) AR56 wheelset has seen several thousand miles of abuse and remains in near-flawless condition, and the build quality of my own wheels is similarly high.

Avery: Absolutely love these wheels. They completely transformed my bike. This used to be the bike that got a flat every time I went out, that was rough on the road, that was jarring on gravel, that was there to go fast but not for fun. That's all gone. Now this is the bike I pick over my plush gravel bike for nearly anything - it soaks up road bumps beautifully, feels more planted and confident near the limits of cornering, and hasn't had a flat in hundreds of miles thanks to a tubeless setup. And despite all this comfort, I'm able to push this bike faster than ever even in the straights, up hills, and down them again. Johnson 2020/10/06

Hi, I am interested in purchasing a Falcon Pro WR50 wheelset for my bike. I would like to get the DT Swiss 350 hub, but my bike has SRAM Force AXS 12 speed, meaning I would need the SRAM XDR driver which is not an option for that hub for some reason. Is there any way to get the 350 hub and the XDR driver? Thanks, Johnson

LightBicycle 2020/10/07

Hi Johnson, Yes, you can order the XDR drive body for the DT SWISS 350 hubs. There will be USD85 more than standard XD freehub body. I can prepare the road disc wheelset WR50 order and send it to you via email if you can provide detailed specs that you desire. Thanks, Lightbicycle

1) Hello, can I purchase a complete wheel set without it being built? I have experience as a bicycle mechanic and have the ability to build my own wheels. However, I’d like to save on the build service fee if possible. 2) What is covered by the warranty? Crashes, impacts, etc? 3) Does the hooked bead make mounting a tubeless tire more difficult? There is no option for a hookless rim in my preferred build. I would prefer the hookless option as I plan on running tubeless tires at low pressures. Thanks!

LightBicycle 2020/08/25

Hi Sir, 1. Yes, you can get the rims, spokes, hubs from us without being built. 2. The road disc wheelset 700C that you are interested in is the pro WR50, so the standard warranty is 5-years. You can learn more details from our support > warranty & guarantees :> warranty policy > premium warranty policy The crash should be listed under crash replacement policy on the same page. The process is very easy if anything does happen. send over the photos and serial number, we will analyze and determine solutions with you. You don't need to send the old rims back. 3. What configurations that you are looking for? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Wolfgang 2020/03/09

Hi, I configured a WR50 Disc wheelset. 1st of all I want to know if you will ship to germany with what costs. (Should I expect a delivery delay regarding the actual corona situation?) If shipping is possible, I have 3 tech. questions: what about the flyweight option: Is this thinner (and lighter) in this option? hook/hookless? what I must have in mind for tire compatibility? Do you plan an AR56 with a hookless bread? regards Wolfgang

LightBicycle 2020/03/10

Hi Sir, 1. Yes, there will be a delay given the current corona situation. But it will become normal at the end of March. 2. We do offer tax-prepaid delivery service to Germany, you can compare the shipping plan in the checkout page. 3. The flyweight version road disc rim is made with Toray T700 and T800 mixed carbon fiber in a certain percentage in a different layup method to reduce some weight. 4. The hookless are more compatible with tubeless tires, but you should check with the tire manufacturer just in case. When you plan to run over 60psi, hookless rim can't hold the tires on the rims, you should choose hooked version instead. If you are running under 60psi, hookless would be fine. 5. We don't have plan to make AR56 a hookless version in the near future. Thanks, Lightbicycle
