Sapim CX-Ray – The lightest spoke in our lineup is still quite strong due to the elasticity and amazing fatigue life.
DT Competition Race - All Mountain and XC spoke used by the Chinese location as a substitue for the D-Light (depending on availability)
Pillar PSR X-TRA 1420 - An inexpensive bladed spoke, great for road and cyclocross riding.
Pillar Wing 20 - Pillar patented highest level of aerodynamic bladed spoke reducing potential weak spots and twisting during tensioning. Currently, they are offered in oil slick color only with increased wear and corrosion resistance.
Sapim CX Sprint-Rear drive side/ CX Ray-Other sides - This customized combo increases the rear drive side power transmition efficiency significantly while grabs superior light-weight and aero performance.
Oil slick J-bend - They are made by a qualified manufacturer in Taiwan with custom design by Light Bicycle. They are J-bend only so do not order these spokes for SP hubs you configured in the previous step.

The two small drain holes located 90° to the valve hole effectively help evacuate both the water trapped inside the rim and the air leaking into the rim chamber caused by nonperfect tubeless tape sealing handwork that may risk rim explosure in an aggressive tire inflating.

It is the small reinforced layer prelaminated on the area where the drain hole is drilled later that makes the rim strength fairly ensured without any compromise of weight added.

Riders who ride in wet areas are suggested to order rims with drain holes.

Center Channel Hole & Nipple Hole This is a required option.

Center Channel Hole options:
1) With Access Holes: This is the traditional method. Spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel to allow the nipples to easily be fed through the rim. Tubeless tape is required to seal the rim.
2) No Access Holes: No spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel. Feeding the nipples through the rim is more challenging, but it allows for a tubeless setup without the need for tape. This kind of system is known as "road tubeless" or referred as 'UST style'. Currently, rims with 'No Access Holes' do not work with our carbon spokes.

Nipple Hole options:
1) External Nipple Hole is the commentional way drilled for external nipples and is the default standard for Light Bicycle rims.
2) Internal Nipple Hole is drilled for internal nipples('upside down/ hidden style'). This is optional for some Light Bicycle rims.

1. Grey Laser Engraving (Falcon Pro) - Our laser engraving technology is eco-friendly and adds a snappy, polished aesthetic to your new rims.
Please note: Contrary to rims with any coated/painted finishes (matte, glossy and satin) as well as Crystal Painting, laser engraving could work with paintless rims only.

2. Full Custom - Add some additional personalization and go full custom with your rim graphics! Laser engraving is available in one colour (light grey) and starts at $5 USD per rim. If you select this option, LEAVE YOUR REQUEST IN QUOTES IN THE NOTES AT CHECKOUT. For example: "I need my personalized logo printed" or "Just text 'ABC racing' ". Valve Stem This is a required option.

We use a lightweight black alloy anodized valves with an oversized concave collar for easy gripping. A rubber o-ring goes in between the rim and the collar to help seal the rim and match the contour of the rim profile. The valve core is removable so you can add sealant without removing your tire.

For Non-Pro Series Rims: From the date of purchase, 3-year Standard Warranty.

For Pro Series Rims: From the date of purchase, 5-year Pro Warranty as standard and an upgraded optional lifetime Premium Warranty with minimum charge.

Crash Replacement: It is applicable with the same period as the warranty time range that you purchased for the rims with 10% /25% discount for Non-Pro series /Pro series.

Hi, Is it possible to order (from the Global Warehouse - shipping to Australia) - Falcon Pro AR45 w/ Industry Nine Torch w/ 6-bolt disc interface? I notice these are only normally available from the US warehouse. I believe Marcus is asking if you can make the rim with the nipples INSIDE of the rim, so they are not showing, thus improving aerodynamics. He is not asking about center channel holes. I would also like to know the answer to Marcus' question.

Hi Matt, Of course, we can custom made the nipple as internal for all bike rims. The internal nipple is one of the many options that we haven't listed online. There's too much customization that we can do, so the wheel builder will turn out loading really slow if we put all options online. You can order the custom options by email. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Request for quote. Seeking for a set of carbon road wheels, black matt in color, 45-50cm. These will be going on my wife’s low power e-bike 240 watt. She is not a racer, we just want a nice looking aero wheelset. The e-bike has 160cm disk brakes, center lock , thru axle, and has boosted sizing so the hubs need to be 12 X 110 & 12 X 148. This is the set up for the Specialized Turbo Carbon Creo. What would be best price for these wheels keeping in mind that we are NOT seeking for super strength, or ultra light race wheels. Thank you.
