Coming in at only 435g per rim, the U35 is designed to help you soar up the climbs while still given you that aerodynamic edge when the road becomes flat. The 17.9mm internal width works with anything from a 23mm to 33mm road or Cyclocross tire.

WHAT IS IN THE BOX
Mohsin: R35 rim brake wheels with Novatec hubs. I've been on these wheels since May and they are still in great shape after nearly 8,000km. Added to this, they weigh very little, which makes them a perfect fit for a light build. I just ordered the R45 wheels with DT350 hubs and I'll upload some pictures once they arrive. Ride safe and happy new year to you all.

David: As a long time fan of Light Bicycle wheels, I've purchased a few sets, however the ones on this 1980's Colnago Super (masquerading as a Master) are the lightest. With R35 rims, in gloss UD, laced to Carbon Ti hubs, via Sapim CX Ray spokes and alloy nipples, this wheelset came in just under 1,320g, without resorting to flyweight rims. I chose the R35s due to tight frame tyre clearances and because the shallow rim depth, visually suits the narrow steel frame tubes; whilst keeping the overall weight down to 7.9kg (without pedals or cages).
Emacdo: Bought a set of 35MM and 45MM rim brake rims and built them up over the winter with a pair of Campy Electron hubs (completely rebuilt). The 35/45 configuration is a great all-rounder setup - climber in the front, aero in the back. They were fantastically easy to lace up due to their very tight construction tolerances. Finally have been able to take them on a couple of shorter rides in the last couple weeks (now that Spring is here where I live) and they were fabulous. Rode 90+ miles today on chip seal and washboard roads and the rims handled really well. These are now my favorite wheels. I can't say as much about the Conti 5k tires, but that has nothing to do with the rims (switching to a set of Vittoria Corsas after today's ride). The roads around here are passable at best, so I have done my best to beat these rims around and they have responded perfectly. I can't wait to put many more miles on them.
Sam: I rode it today and it runs and sounds great! I am thrilled with the wheelset. Thank you for your assistance. Attached are pics of my bike with the 35mm carbon wheelset, DT Swiss hubs, new ultegra crankset, ultegra cassette, ultegra chain, continental GP 5000 tires!
Murph: I’m loving my new wheels, I just finished refreshing my Moots with a new Enve seat post, stem, fork, Easton EC90 Aero bars and wanted to share an updated picture of my bike. This bike has 30,000 miles on it.
