Light Bicycle's new road disc wheels have an increased width for improved handling and ride quality, while maintaining an aerodynamic 46mm profile. Elements of our Flyweight construction method were deployed to reduce each rim's weight by 25 grams. Use as a modern wide road rim for racing or training, or on your gravel bike. Anywhere a deeper and faster rolling aero rim is suitable.
  • Manufacturing process
    Our air bladders are made from a special material which produces smoother walls, result in a lighter rim, and are completely removed without harsh chemicals. They are removed through the valve hole with a unique process so that the rim does not have to be patched like traditional manufacturers use. This significantly improves the strength of the rims.     Each wheelset is painstakingly built by hand to tension within 5% variance. Each spoke's tension rating is recorded in our system, as is the roundness and lateral tolerance.

Looking at these 700c wheels clincher. Just not sure on a few things: What is the standard set up for a 2011 and a 2014 bikes? I run 25mm tires, Shimano. Not sure how to tell axel width required? Do you have stock? How long would it take to get them to Vancouver Canada, or to Blaine Washington USA? I would want the plainest black decals.

Dear Adam, 1. Normally, you can get these specs data from the bike supplier. Are you bike a disc or non-disc? Usually, for non-disc road bikes, the standard axles setup is front 100mm*QR/rear 130mm*QR. For disc bikes, the standard axles setup is front 15*100mm/rear 12*142mm. The figure refers to the diameter of the hubs. But my suggestion is to figure out your axles size for sure. In case it's not the standard case. 2. There are two version for RR46C02, hook, and hookless. If you are running under 40psi, you can go with the hookless version. If running over 40psi, you should go with the hook version.
