I am impressed that LB allows customization for every order to suits their customers expectations while maintaining cost effectiveness. Most importantly, they produced rims which also cater for heavy riders like me. Hence, I customised my AR465 standard version to suit my weight with my preferred design. During the manufacturing process, I asked LB whether am I able to choose rim decal as an option to put up on my rim as laser engraving is the only option which a little too dull for me. As such, their sales representative, Koko, engaged me that she will throw in a few pieces of LB logo valve decal in my order based on my color selection. When I held the rim for the first time, it was very well built at its top notch quality in every details. In term of weight, it is lighter than my original rims. Once I rebuilt my wheelset and brought out for my first ride, I experienced several bumps on the road, the rim still stay as trued as it should. Asthetically, it makes my road bike stands out than before. Thanks to LB for making such great rims and I truly satisfied with my purchase. Thumbs up.
