For preorders, the standard configuration includes a proprietary aluminum
alloy computer mount and a universal 56mm spacer. Bar tape is not
included. You may upgrade to a proprietary 3D-printed titanium mount.
If you need bar tape, our default option is the Black Fizik Vento
Solocush Tacky 2.7mm. For other colors or lengths, please add a note
at checkout or email us directly. Custom 3D-printed spacers are also
available—just let us know at sales@lightbicycle.com.

Born from German NACA airfoil expertise, the AeroRevo features a narrow width at the hoods in 340-395mm options, with a 70mm reach that naturally puts the rider in an aerodynamic position. Every curve and contour of the AeroRevo has been meticulously CFD-optimized to minimize frontal area for real-world speed and efficiency. The compact, race-focused geometry with a −10° stem angle and subtle flare delivers an aggressive riding position for pure speed.
Featherweight Monolithic Structure
The AeroRevo is made with a feather-light monolithic structure. The absence of discontinuities allows the fibers to work more harmoniously, yielding a better stiffness-to-weight ratio and improved shock and vibration absorption, resulting in superior comfort. With a starting weight of just 250g, the AeroRevo is among the lightest integrated handlebars on the market.
All-Day Comfort Like Never Before
We understand that choosing carbon handlebars goes beyond performance — comfort matters too. The AeroRevo is ergonomically shaped to fit the palm more naturally. Its distinctive profile ensures maximum freedom of movement, so your forearms won't hit the handlebar even during aggressive, out-of-the-saddle sprinting. With a raised hood position of 5.15mm for enhanced comfort and control, it delivers ideal performance for both racers and endurance riders.

Builder-Friendly Internal Cable Routing
The AeroRevo is optimized for internal cable routing with easy wiring for both mechanical and electronic shifting. The cable entry and exit ports are intelligently designed: the entry port is widened to easily accommodate four mechanical cables, and the exit port features a smooth, angled guide channel. This "painless" system allows effortless installation; both you and your mechanics will enjoy the design.

We offer 18 different stem and bar combos, so we've got your race day position covered. Meanwhile, our custom 3D-printed headset spacers ensure the AeroRevo fits 99% of mainstream bike models, and our infinite custom paint possibilities allow you to match your own style.
