Light bicycle is the real deal! The customer service is really unheard of in todays day and age! They were transparent and honest in the time I had to wait and provided status updates multiple time thru the build process. This is my first wheel set from them and am already considering another set of 650s! My skepticism of too good to be true was pleasantly proved wrong! They suggested some changes to my initial build such as spoke count and rims style based on my weight and riding style. My second ride on my carbon kona libre was very rocky and fast and I was a little nervous how they would hold up after some big rock drops… perfect! Obviously I would recommend them a hundred times over. If your a skeptic like me just do it! You won’t be disappointed!
