This is going to sound overly positive, but the experience and the product were and still is that way. Communication was clear and rapid. Manufacturing and shipping could be faster, but LB were very clear abou that upfront. Wheels are stiff, comfortable and of flawless quality. Would recommend (and already did to multiplw friends) and am planning to buy more LB wheels
